James M. Monk, 84, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., and Burnsville, Minn., died April 27, 2012. He is survived by a daughter, Susan (and Jeff) Siems of Maquoketa, IA and their children Eric and James; a sister, Helen (and Donald) Walkes of Mankato, Minn., and their children Laurie (and Dave) Helgerson and the Rev. Deb Walkes; and by his sweetheart and companion, Edith Goulet of Chippewa Falls, Wis.

Memorial Service 11 AM Monday June 4, 2012 at the White Burnsville Funeral Home in Burnsville, MN with visitation one hour prior to service, Interment Pleasant View Cemetery Memorials are preferred.
