Bonnie Ellen Baldwin (Stewart), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, aged 80, passed away peacefully at home in Elko, Minnesota on February 17, 2026.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her Parents, Richard and Doris Stewart, and her brothers, Terry, David, and Danny. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Doug Baldwin, her daughter, Holly Robertson (Jerry), son, Erik Kragness, step-daughters, Michelle Baldwin, Stephanie Groves (Brad); Grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Jordan(John), Samantha(David), Natalie(Connor), Lauren (Tyler), Alexander, and Amanda; great grandsons, Oliver, Quinn, and Levi; as well as other loving family members and dear friends.She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and wonderful grandmother.
Her zest for life and energy was greatly admired. Traveling and golfing were her favorite hobbies. Trips up north with the family, cruises, and visiting islands to enjoy some warmth in the harsh winters.Traveling to Paris and other parts of Europe, she was enthusiastic and always up for adventure! Golfing was also a great passion. She made a competitive partner in the women's golf league and a great golf companion to her husband Their love for golf inspired them to build their dream home on a golf course.
In earlier years, she worked for American Motors, leaving that employment to open her own Sir Speedy Printing Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. She decided to sell the thriving business she built to free up some of her time. She began working at Delta Airlines in 1999, and retired from there after many years of devoted service. She was always dedicated and had a very strong work ethic, mastering new skills throughout her life. Always living life to its fullest.
Bonnie will be missed and always be lovingly remembered for her kind, joyful, giving spirit, her beautiful smile, bright, twinkling blue eyes, quirky
sense of humor, dedication to family and friends, and exuberant energy! A Visitation/Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026
