Carol L. Callahan, age 83, of Prior Lake passed away peacefully on May 29, 2026.  Carol will be remembered by her family as a loving wife, devoted mother, homemaker and nurse.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Callahan; and her sister, Peggy King.

She is lovingly survived by her children, Lynne (John) Senftner, Kelly (Lisa) Callahan, Christine (JT) Weis, and Colleen (Mike) Thurston; 12 cherished grandchildren, Gina (Hunter) Stahl, Anne Senftner, Elena Senftner, Megan Callahan, Mitch Callahan, Carter Callahan, Caroline (Liam) Blackwell, Madeline Weis, Kathleen Weis, Polly Weis, Regina Thurston, Michael Thurston; 4 beautiful great-grandchildren; sisters, Iann Veldhuizen and Mary Wilbur; along with many other loving relatives and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at All Saints Catholic Church, 19795 Holyoke Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the Mass at the church.

A visitation will also be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at White Funeral Home, Lakeville.

Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Belle Plaine, Minnesota.
