Cathy J. Good, age 77 of Burnsville passed away on May 20th, 2025.  Cathy was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents Leonard and Lois Anderson.  She is survived by her three daughters Lisa Stoltz (Cam) of New Market MN, Tricia Thompson of Denver CO, Shanna Emery (Adam) of Fayetteville NC, and grandsons Mason, Max, Ethan and Noah.

Cathy was born on March 17th, 1948 in Waseca MN.  She married the love of her life Robert on April 15th, 1967.  Bob and Cathy later resided in Burnsville where they raised their three daughters.

Family was everything to Cathy.  She loved her children and spent years as a Troop Leader, Sunday School Teacher and Team Mom for her daughter's soccer teams.  She devoted hours to her husband, primarily requesting them to be on the golf course together.  Cathy was very active and athletic; she spent her time playing on tennis teams for years forming lasting friendships. She also enjoyed going on walks and playing golf with Bob.  Her daughters referred to her as the energizer bunny (or chatty Cathy).  She could not have been happier when she was blessed with four grandsons and wanted to be with them as much as possible by going to their sporting events and cheering them on.

Her family is grateful for the care and love she was provided with by Praha Village where she resided for the past 2 years.  They provided her the laughs and care that comforted her daily.

Cathy will be missed for her kind heart, lighthearted way of living, and her loving nature.  Her absence leaves a tender space in our hearts, but her legacy of gentleness and goodness lives on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers,  donations in Cathy's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
