Constance "Connie" Halvorson (Markuson)

Age 89, of Burnsville, Minnesota, passed away on September 11, 2025, at Mahtomedi Senior Living.

Connie was preceded in death by her first husband, Roger Halvorson, and her second husband, Loren Markuson. She is survived by her daughter, Kari Halvorson-Troupe (Doug), along with other relatives and friends.

Throughout her life, Connie dedicated herself to helping others. She worked as a Registered Nurse and also volunteered as a school nurse, offering care and compassion to countless children and families in her community. She also had a special love for animals, especially her beloved cats, who brought her much joy.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:00 am at White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Avenue So, Burnsville, MN.  A memorial visitation will take place from 10:00 - 11:00 am, prior to the service.

Her ashes will be interred with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery following the service.
