Cynthia Ann Liggett, (Duff) age 69, of St. Paul, MN, passed away on September 23, 2025.

Cyn was born on August 20, 1956, in St. Paul to Eugene and Helyn Duff. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy. She is survived by her daughter, Megen (KC); grandchildren, Adley, Bennett, and Charles; along with her sisters, Susan and Paula (Dean).

Cyn will be remembered for her deeply caring heart and the way she touched the lives of so many. She had a gift for forming lasting friendships, and her warmth, kindness, and laughter will be missed by all who knew her.

Celebrating the Life of Cynthia Duff-Liggett on Saturday, November 8th at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley.
