Dana Ward Simpson "Dan" age 80 of St. Paul, MN formerly of Inver Grove Heights. Dan was born on June 15, 1945 in Marshall City, MN to Owen and Elyan Simpson. Dan was a graduate of Marshall High School in Marshall MN.  He married Kathleen Brown and they were married for 55 years. He retired from the State of MN after many years. Dan was very active in fantasy baseball and football leagues.

Dan is preceded in death by his mother, father and stepfather, Von Schultz. Dan is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen "Kathy"; siblings, Paul (Debra) Schultz, and Kay (Gary) Taylor-Cohoon and his feline friends, Otis, and Ollie.

Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday December 8, 2025 at Advent United Methodist Church, 3945 Lexington Ave, S., Eagan, MN 55123 with a visitation starting at 10 AM.

Interment, at Arlington City Cemetery, Arlington SD.
