David Allen Ratzlaff, age 57 of Lakeville, MN passed away suddenly on August 9, 2025 after a 12 year journey with cancer. David was born on April 20, 1968 in Farmington, MN to David and Patricia (Visnovec) Ratzlaff. David is preceded in death by his sibling,  Carmen Scott. David worked as a heavy machine operator, and for 26 years with S.M. Hentges & Sons.

He is survived by his parents, David and Pat; sister, Cheryl Ratzlaff; uncle, John and Jill Visnovec; aunt, Nancy Visnovec; nephews, Charles (Annie), Scott, Jacob Scott; nieces, Kayla (Corey) Wajciechowski, Rebecca Godbey, and cousins Michael Visnovec, Michele O'Brien, Melissa (Steve) Rau; also by many good friends and colleagues.

Memorial service will be held 2 PM Sunday August 24, 2025 at the White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr. Lakeville with a gathering of family and friends starting at 12 PM. Interment, Lebanon Cemetery, Apple Valley, MN.
