Diane had a very strong faith and loved the Lord. Her devotion to her children was second to none, and any friends of her children were immediately accepted as her own. Diane's love language was food and baking. Anyone who visited her home was always greeted with warmth and the question, "Would you like something to eat?" She was truly amazing, and those who were lucky enough to try her famous chocolate chip cookies always came back for more.
Her favorite place on earth was Hawaii, where she spent two to three weeks each year on the island of Kauai. She could often be found relaxing on the beach or by the pool, reading a good book and soaking in the sun.
