Dorothy Ann Kettner age 90 of Apple Valley, MN passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026 with family at her side. Dorothy was born on August, 21 1935 in Millbury, Massachusetts to Stephen and Kathleen Raskett.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Gordon; parents; brothers, Stephen, Robert and her twin, Donald Raskett. She is survived by her children, Kathy (Bob) Vorderbruggen, Jim (Natalie) Kettner & Karen (Greg) Carlson; as well as their 5 grandchildren: Caitlin (Logan) McFarland, Brett (Alli) Fredrichs, Heather (Charlie Potthier), Sonje Carlson, and Bria Carlson; and 8 great-grandchildren: Sophia, Zach, Maverick, Luke, Jackson, Lawson, Bennett, and Kane.

Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Wednesday June 24, 2026 at the White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, MN (952-432-2001) with a gathering of family and friends starting at 1 PM. Dorothy will be interred with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, at a later date.
