Elizabeth Ann Breuer, age 59 of Lakeville, MN passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025 in Bloomington, MN after a long battle with cancer. Elizabeth was born on February 28, 1966 in Canandaigua, New York to Vincent and Helen Schinsing. She met Todd Breuer and they were married on August 15, 2000.  She enjoyed painting her nails, playing board games with family and friends, and watching game shows on television.  She loved nature, attending local events, and she was a Twins fan and continued to root for the New York Giants after moving to Minnesota.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Todd Breuer, and her sister Beverly Henninger. She is survived by her children, Michael Finstrom Jr. and his children, Samantha Finstrom and her children, and step-son, Nathan (Taylor) Breuer and their children, Remy and Hugo, as well as her siblings Mary Henninger, Sharon VanWygarden, Helen Pearl, Marlene Erb, Vincent Schinsing, George Schinsing, Janet Dibble, and Betty Ledgerwood as well as other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, MN (952-432-2001) with a visitation starting at 10 AM. Interment will be at Corinthian Cemetery, Farmington, MN.  A special thank you to Elizabeth's church ladies and Angel helpers for their wonderful care over the past few years.
