With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Dr. Isabel S. Aquino—a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and compassionate physician. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4th, surrounded by loved ones.

Dr. Aquino was a psychiatrist by training and a public servant by calling. She served as a health officer in the barrios and later as a government administrator in the cities, always placing the well-being of others above her own. Her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact on everyone she met.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Debbie, son-in-law Joeffrey, and granddaughters Isay and Allie, along with extended family and friends.
