Jacqueline Mary Ruff was born on November 2nd, 1936, and died on September 17, 2026, at the age of 89.
Jackie was born to Lucille (Hennek) Ruff and Donald Ruff in St. Cloud, MN. She was the 2nd of 10 children.
She was raised in St. Cloud, MN. Jackie went to St. Cloud Hospital School of Nursing and earned her Diploma Degree in 1957.
Jackie chose nursing as her career after having polio at the age of 17 and was inspired by the nurses who cared for her. She loved her career and worked into her early seventies.
On October 5, 1957, she married Jim Dziuk and started a family the next year. She was a homemaker while her children grew up. Jackie loved being a mother and grandmother and adored each of her 6 children and 3 grandchildren.
We would like to acknowledge and thank the dedicated care team at Valley Ridge Memory Care in Burnsville who took such good care of her these last months. Jackie’s family was blessed to be with her and hold her hand in the weeks before her death.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, Lucille (Hennek) Ruff and Donald Ruff, brother Tony Ruff, and son-in-law Robert Kaufhold.
Jackie is survived by her children: Tom (Susan), Brenda, Bruce (Theresa), Mary, Brent and Scott; grandchildren Daniel Mundy, Marina Latourelle, and Emily Dziuk; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 2nd, 2026, at White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Ave. So., Burnsville, MN, on what would have been Jackie’s 90th birthday. Friends and family may gather starting at 10:00 am.
Lunch will follow the service.
Interment will take place at Lebanon Cemetery, 5450 150th St. W., Apple Valley, MN.
