James M. Taylor died on November 14, 2025 due to cancer. He was born in St. Paul, in 1941 to Ray and Garnet Taylor, spending his early years in Plainview and later Burnsville, Lakeville, MN and Punta Gorda, Florida. He is survived by wife Patricia of 63 years, daughters Deborah (Kurt) and Kristin (Jeff) and grandchildren Aaron, Andrew, Alexander, Madeline (Peter) and Jack.

Jim was employed in Informational Technology at Control Data, Honeywell and Dakota County. He enjoyed boating, woodworking, cars, and suffered golf. His many friends included those from Mankato State University, with whom he graduated in 1963.

A Celebration of the Life will be held in the Spring.
