Josephine (Josie) Elizabeth Murray, age 33 of Lakeville, November 20, 1992 - May 3, 2026 is now running through fields of lilies with Jesus.

Survived by her mom, Mary Hofschulte; sisters, Desiree Hofschulte and Alexandra (Jake) Simon; nieces and nephews, Bernard, William, Elizabeth, Arianna, Theodore, Thomas, and Michael.

Josie was the light of her family's lives and a constant source of love and encouragement to everyone around her. Her laughter was contagious, filling every room with happiness, and her smile could brighten even the darkest days. She had a beautiful gift of making people feel loved through her warm hugs, gentle heart, and caring spirit. Her kindness touched countless lives and created memories that will be treasured forever. She loved to dance, sing, swim and celebrate life with the ones she loved most. Josie especially adored everything pink, and found joy in the little things. Perhaps most, looking forward to spending time with her boyfriend. Her love for others was endless, and she gave it freely and wholeheartedly.

Although her time here was far too short, the impact Josie made on the lives around her will last forever. Her strength, kindness, and radiant spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and never forgotten. She will carry on in their hearts, her kindness in their actions and her love in everything they do.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:30 AM Monday, May 11 2026 at All Saints Catholic Church, 19795 Holyoak Ave. Lakeville. Visitation from 4-7 PM (5/10) at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr. Lakeville and also one hour prior to Mass at church. Interment: All Saints Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
