Lakeville
Judith Anne Heald (Judy) of Lakeville, Minnesota left us to be with the Lord on April 29,2026, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, service and laughter. Judy was known for her warm sense of humor and her deep, faith-filled spirit. She was a devoted and active member of All Saints Catholic Church for 55 years, where her faith guided her life and her service to others. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and was a devoted mother, grandma, and great grandma. She had a special gift for making each member of her family feel deeply loved and valued. Whether through her words of encouragement, thoughtful acts of kindness, or simply being present, Judy created a foundation of love
and strength that will continue for generations. As a mother, she offered unwavering support, wisdom, and compassion. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she brought joy, warmth, and fun to every gathering, creating cherished memories through shared meals, laughter, and traditions.
Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in watching it grow, Judy also enjoyed writing and gardening, finding both peace and purpose in these quiet passions. A true calling in Judy's life was feeding and caring for others. She dedicated her time to serving meals through Loaves and Fishes, helping with funeral lunches, and was an important part of the team that developed Dinner on the Hill. Through these acts of service, she nourished not only bodies but also hearts, offering comfort, connection, and community to countless people. Judy's compassion was especially evident in the loving care she gave her husband, Gary, as he battled cancer. She stood by him with strength, devotion and grace, reflecting the depth of her love and commitment to her family. Judy will be remembered for her generous heart, joyful spirit, and the way she brought people together. Her legacy of love, faith, and service will live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched.
Judy is survived by her Brother Gary, Sister Mary; Son Mike (Pamm), Daughter Caree (Randy); Grandchildren Chris (Lauren), Andy (Mary Kate), Allee and Jessica (Ford). She also has three great grandchildren Penelope, Matthew and Conor. She is preceded in death by husband Gary, Mother Anne, Father Fred, and Sister Sue.
