Lesli Strayer, age 61, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 25, 2026.

Born on May 6, 1965, in Des Moines, Iowa, Lesli lived a life marked by the transforming power of God's mercy and grace. Introduced to Jesus as a child, she developed a deep love for the Lord and His Word that remained the foundation of her life.

Lesli often testified that her life story was not one of her own goodness, but of God's extraordinary faithfulness. After seasons of struggle and brokenness, she experienced God's redeeming grace and spent the rest of her life pursuing Him through prayer, worship, and obedience.

Those who knew Lesli knew her as a devoted follower of Jesus, a powerful prayer warrior, and a woman whose life was anchored in Scripture. Her faith, encouragement, and love touched countless lives around the world.

In her own words, Lesli desired that when her earthly life ended, there would be celebration: "Testify to the faithfulness, mercy, and grace of God to save a wretch like me!"

Lesli is survived by loving family and many close friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel's Rock Church, 14201 Cedar Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124.
