Linda M. Stoeckel, 78, of Lakeville, MN formally of Bloomington, MN peacefully went home on January 1, 2026, surrounded by all of her family. Linda will be reuniting in heaven with her loving husband Joel Stoeckel and her parents Charlie and Ellie Coutre.

Linda was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July and lived each and every day with joy, happiness and a sense of purpose.  Time with family and meaningful experiences were her focus for the past few months.

Her amazing gentle spirit, huge smile and words of wisdom (or if she didn't have any, google answers) will be deeply missed by her daughter Michele (Jon) Leverenz and son Steve Stoeckel, grandkids Tate Leverenz and Skyler Leverenz.  Linda loved time with friends and family.  A good cup of coffee, engaging conversation, sunshine on the deck, planting flowers, traveling and traveling to swim meets, Bible study groups and watching the birds was time well spent!  She also enjoyed a great family night watching reality tv!!  A new phrase that she said each evening was, "What are we all watching tonight?"  Each new person or old friend that entered our home expressed what a sweet and loving person Linda strived to be.  Near the end of her life, she wanted to impart wisdom and "messages" to each person she encountered.  She will be missed by so many friends, family, her dog Charlie and grand dog Murphie!

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, January 9th from 4 - 8pm at White Funeral Homes - Lakeville - 20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN. (952-894-5080)
