Marlene Alice Halstead, age 94 of Farmington, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 25, 2025.  Marlene was born on February 16, 1931, in Lakeville, MN to Logan and Alice (Poor) Harris. Marlene graduated from Farmington High School. Marlene married Elliott on June 9, 1951 in Farmington, and Everett on February 21, 2003. She taught and enjoyed playing the accordion and worked as a bookkeeper for her family businesses.

Marlene is preceded by her husbands, Elliott and Everett; parents Logan and Alice; son, Douglas Halstead; brother, Eugene (Hilda) Harris, and sister, Charlotte (Raymond) Rozelle. Marlene is survived by her children, Demarus (Brian) Schmid, and Mardell "Marty" (Carrie) Halstead; grandchildren, Brandon and Natalie Schmid; great grandchildren, Haisley, Everley, and Gianna, as well as many other beloved family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM Friday December 5, 2025 at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 20134 Kenwood Tr., Lakeville, MN (952-469-2723) with a gathering of friends and family starting at 12 PM. Private Interment, Corinthian Cemetery, Farmington.
