Mary Anne
Juenemann
Mar 17, 1932 — Apr 11, 2026
Framington
Mary Anne Juenemann, age 94, of Farmington, MN, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, with family at her side.
Mary was born on March 17, 1932, in St. Cloud, MN, to Frank and Irene (Vossberg) Schroeder. She grew up in St. Cloud and graduated from Cathedral High School. After high school, Mary attended St. Catherine University and earned her degree as a Registered Nurse. She worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis and later lived and worked in Greeley, Colorado; Sioux City, Iowa; and Greenwich, Connecticut, before returning to St. Mary's Hospital.
On July 6, 1963, Mary was united in marriage to Robert Juenemann in St. Cloud. Together they built a life rooted in faith, service, and family. After their marriage, they lived and worked in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana before settling in Farmington in 1973. They attended St. Michael's Catholic Church, where Mary was a member of St. Gerard's Circle.
Mary stepped away from nursing to dedicate herself to raising her four children. She was deeply involved in her children's lives and was a tireless community volunteer, especially with the American Cancer Society.
Faith and family were the cornerstones of her life. She enjoyed reading, cross-stitch, knitting, sewing, crossword puzzles and baking treats for guests. She cherished family gatherings for all holidays.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Kathleen Norton; brothers-in-law, Richard Kalusche, John Norton and Roy Stuart; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Juenemann.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Robert "Bob" Juenemann; her children, Catherine Juenemann, Mark (Toni) Juenemann, Greg (Lucy) Juenemann, and Carol (Rob) Meyer; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Stuart; and sister-in-law, Lois Kalusche.
The family would like to thank the staff at Grace Hospice, Trinity Terrace, and Trinity Care Center.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Farmington, MN, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at St. Michael's Church Cemetery.
