Patricia Ellen (Peterson) Gleeson, "Patty" age, 83 of Burnsville, formerly of St. Paul, MN passed away peacefully on January 15th 2026. Patty was born on February 9, 1942 in River Falls, Wisconsin to Arthur and Helen (Marker) Peterson. She worked in sales for Avon cosmetics and other jobs that she enjoyed.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Gleeson; siblings, Arvid, and Roger (Diane) Peterson and Karen (Don) Jongquist. Patty is survived by her children, Debbie (Steven) Cherney, David Preston and Jackie (Ulrik) Berthelsen; stepchildren, Debra (John) Lynch and Dawn (Mark) Truffa; grandchildren, Steven (Melissa) Cherney, Candice (Patrick) Long, Brennen (Ashtyn) Cherney, Mitchell (Jenean) Cherney, Amber Preston, John (Christina) Preston and Oliver Berthelsen; 13 great-grandchildren and brother-in-law, Don Jongquist.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 22 at 11 AM at Our Savior Lutheran church in Beldenville, Wisconsin, with a visitation, starting at 10 AM.  Internment, church cemetery.
