Paul Joseph Fink Jr., age 63 of Burnsville, passed away on January 20, 2018.
He was preceded in death by parents Paul Joseph Fink and Stella (Skluzacek) Fink.
Paul is survived by his wife Anita (Timm) Fink, beloved daughter Anna Fink; siblings Elizabeth Shoeman, Vivian Molloy, Stephen Fink, Marion Wittenbreer, and several nieces and nephews.
Paul graduated from Northfield Sr. High School class of 1972. He received a Bachelor of Physics from the University of Minnesota in 1986, and earned a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics and Computational Physics from Oregon State University in 1989.
Paul was employed as a software engineer working most recently at Carlson Rezidor Hotel. Other past employers include Capella University, ECMC, Optical Solutions and IBM TJ Watson Research Center.
Paul's wide range of interests included traveling and long aimless motorcycle rides. He loved cooking and barbequing and was a certified judge for Kansas City Barbeque Society.
A celebration of his life will be Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2pm at White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Ave. Burnsville, MN. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service.
At Paul's request, in lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
