Richard  "Dick" Keough, age 84 , of Burnsville, Minnesota passed away on February 26, 2026.

Richard is survived by his children, daughter Cindy (Pete) Obregon; son Tim (Sara Wohlgemuth) Keough; stepchildren Kim (Wade) Kotschevar; grandchildren, Jacob, Cory Ashly; sister, Shirley Rutt, nieces and nephews, family, and friends.   He is preceded in death by parents James and Esther Keough; wife Connie Keough and grandson Todd.

Richard grew up in New Prague Minnesota, eventually married and moved to Burnsville Minnesota where he raised a family and worked many years at Toro, a job he was proud to have and eventually retired from.  In his younger years he enjoyed being outside, mowing grass, playing ball with his children and attending baseball, softball, and basketball games.  He spent his later years in a long-term care facility where he loved playing bingo, attending mass and visiting with whomever would listen.

Memorial Visitation will be held March 27 at White Funeral Home 11-1:30, 14560 Pennock Avenue, Apple Valley with a private Interment following at Pleasantview Cemetery Burnsville.
