It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Daddy, Roger Ehnes, who departed this life on July 20 in Farmington. Roger was cherished by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Born on September 18, 1945, Roger grew up in Lakeville, where he cultivated a love for farming. Throughout his life, Roger was known for his dedication, compassion, and love for his family.

Roger was proceeded in death by his wife of nearly 50 years, Janice, his beloved granddaughter, Tatianna (Tayah), his parents Henry and Theora, in laws Mable and Terry Kangas, as well as his bothers, Ronald and Kenny Ehnes, and sister, Shirley Dubbels.

Roger is survived by his children. Deanna Ehnes, Diana Kiser (Steve), Duana Betzold (Lance) and Theron Ehnes (Angie). As well as 12 grandchildren and 13 great grand children. Daddy will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

A memorial service will be held on Monday July 27th at White Funeral Home Farmington, where family and friends will gather to celebrate Roger's life and legacy. Visitation is at 10am, service at 11am and burial at 1230pm at Fort Snelling National Cemetery where he will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Janice.

We mourn the loss, but we also celebrate a life well lived. Rest in peace, dear Daddy.
