Ronald Howard
Kiehl
Oct 2, 1949 — May 5, 2026
Burnsville
Ronald "Ron" Howard Kiehl, 76, of Burnsville, MN, passed away on May 5, 2026, after a courageous battle with prostate cancer related to Agent Orange exposure.
Ron was born October 2, 1949, to the late Robert and Evelyn (Hahn) Kiehl. A proud Vietnam veteran, he served from 1968–1970. After his service he built a long career at Winslow Printing, where he worked for more than 30 years.
An avid Minnesota sports fan and dedicated golfer, Ron played golf and poker with the same group for over 50 years. He coached youth hockey and softball, attended every event he could for his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter, and cherished travel—especially trips to Mazatlán and Daytona Beach. He treasured his community of friends at The Gramercy at Burnhaven.
Ron is lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Judy Kiehl; daughter Michele (Robbie) Mask; sons Matt (Chrissy) Kiehl and Chad (Tammy Nordgren) Kiehl; grandchildren Brad (Iris), Bree (Jason), Cebastian, Devvani (Jarod), Caydance, Lauren, Anthony, and Shiloh; great-granddaughter Hayleigh; his brother Bob (Linda) Kiehl; mother-in-law Mavis Kramer; and sisters-in-law Karen (Mike) Listul, Sandy Kramer, and Paula (Jim) Macklefresh.
Visitation will be held May 27, 2026, from 10:00–11:00 AM at Mercy Road Church at the Crossroads, 17671 Glacier Way, Lakeville, MN 55044, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM. A Luncheon will follow at The Gramercy at Burnhaven, 15001 Burnhaven Dr, Burnsville, MN 55306.
