Obituary

Sandra Ann "Sandi" Hagen

October 30, 1962 – October 25, 2026

Sandra Ann Hagen, lovingly known as Sandi, passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 63, just five days before her 64th birthday. Her passing was far too soon, leaving behind a family and many loved ones whose lives were made better by having her in them.

Born to Dennis and Sally Anderson, Sandi was raised in Richfield, Minnesota, where she graduated from Richfield High School in 1981. In October 1988, she married the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Hagen, beginning a life together filled with family, memories, and love.

Sandi had an enormous heart and a compassion that knew no limits. She could never turn her back on a living being in need, whether human or animal. She instinctively put others before herself, always willing to give, help, and care for those who needed her, even when it meant sacrificing her own comfort. Her kindness was genuine, her generosity came naturally, and her devotion to the people she loved was unwavering. She had a way of caring deeply and giving freely, leaving an impression on those fortunate enough to know her.

Family meant everything to Sandi. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother to her daughter, Justine, and son, Jesse (Julie), and a proud grandmother to her two grandsons, Jackson and Jameson, who held a special place in her heart. Her love and dedication to her family were evident in the countless ways she showed up for those she loved.

Sandi was also incredibly creative and artistic. She found joy in painting and gardening, expressing her creativity through the beauty she could create with her hands. Music was another passion, with Linkin Park holding a special place as her favorite band. She had her own unique spirit, a creative soul, and a heart that always made room for others.

Though Sandi's life was far too short, the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. The world was a little kinder because she was in it, and she will be deeply missed.

Sandi was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Sally Anderson, and her brothers, Dan and Greg Anderson.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Hagen; daughter, Justine Hagen; son, Jesse Hagen (Julie); grandsons, Jackson and Jamison Kenny; sister, Cindy Johnson (Stan Blackburn); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at White Funeral Home in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Visitation will take place from 1:00–2:00 p.m., followed by the memorial service at 2:00 p.m.

Memorials are preferred.
