Sharon Baldwin, age 81, passed away on March 27,2025 after a long journey with dementia, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Glen; parents Verna and Reinhold Weierke; and brothers Stuart and Roger Weierke.

Sharon is survived by her daughters, Stacey Baldwin and Debra (Scott) Dennin; grandchildren Rylee and Camryn Dennin; and many other relatives and friends.

Sharon was born on August 22, 1943, in St. Paul, MN and was raised on a farm in Rosemount and graduated from Rosemount High School in 1961. She met her husband Glen and married on May 2, 1970.  They moved to Lakeville where they raised their family. She enjoyed watching her girls play sports and was a very supportive and involved mom, never missing a game or activity that her girls were involved in. She also loved crafting and was the family's master vacation planner, mapping out numerous road trips and camping adventures. Sharon had a long career in the insurance industry. After retirement in 2006, she enjoyed many years of traveling around the world, visiting multiple countries and different regions throughout the United States, before her onset of dementia in 2018.

A visitation will take place from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Monday, April 7, at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr., Lakeville, MN 55044. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 20165 Heath Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044, with a visitation starting at 12:00 PM. Interment at Lakeville Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to the Alzheimer's Association or American Diabetes Association.
