Sheryl Diane Fjone, age 82 of Burnsville, MN passed away at her home on May 5, 2025. Sheryl was born on June 30, 1942, in Lake Mills, Iowa to G. Arthur and Esther Fjone. Sheryl was a registered nurse serving patients for many years in several healthcare settings. She attended the Lutheran church and lived a life of faith. Sheryl enjoyed travel, and visited Scandinavian countries, the Holy Land, and many other places. She was an avid photographer who loved her cats and kept photos and memories of them even long after her much loved pets were gone.  In recent years, she enjoyed sitting on her patio taking in nature.  Perhaps most of all, Sheryl loved her family; keeping up with her siblings, nieces, and nephews and attending family reunions.

Sheryl is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Betty Haaland, Dorothy (William) Sachau, and Eileen (Ray) Hanson, and brother-in-law, Louis Sucich. She is survived by her sister, Lorraine Sucich, nieces, nephews, and other family.

Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Friday June 6, 2025 at the White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Ave S., Burnsville, MN (952-894-5080 with a gathering of family and friends starting at 10 AM.
