Wayne L. Jorgenson, age 102 of Burnsville, MN passed away peacefully at his home on March 4, 2025. Wayne was born on August 28, 1922, in Glenwood City, Wisconsin to Ole and Ida Jorgenson. He retired from Honeywell after 35 years. Wayne is preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Pollyann; parents, siblings, Lucy (Lloyd) Mabie, and Dick Jorgenson; sons-in-law, Denny O'Donnell and Clem Reis. He survives by his children, Kathryn O'Donnell, Julie Reis, and John Jorgenson; grandchildren, Bill (Jessica), Pat (Amy), Jay (Erin) and Kayla (Andrew); great grandchildren, Jack, Lucie, Charlee, Laney, Florie, Hunter, and Oakes; brothers, Al (Ann), Tom (Sheila), and Joe Jorgenson; sister-in-law, Judy Jorgenson, and other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4625 W 125th St Savage, MN with a visitation starting at 9:30 AM. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, we would prefer that anyone interested in memorial contributions send it to the donor's choice.
