William J. Goude (Billy), 66, of Apple Valley, MN, died peacefully on July 24th, 2026, in Burnsville, MN. Billy was loving, generous, outgoing, and energetic. He loved spending time with his family and going to the cabin. Billy was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and skiing (water, cross-country and downhill) whenever he could. Most of his work life was in the food industry. He owned and operated several restaurants before pursuing a career in food distribution and sales.

Billy is survived by his parents William (Bill) and Charlotte (Sherry) Goude, siblings Cathy Sobotka, Renee (Scott) MacDonald and Michael Goude, nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends, Anne Goude, Steve (Jesse and Austin) Zimmerman, Bryan (Myra, Jacob, Jordan, and Addison) Zimmerman, Samantha (Mason) Curren and Tosha Curren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Johnny and Joey.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 12th at Church of the Risen Savior, Burnsville, MN. Visitation will be at 10:00, funeral mass at 11:00, and lunch at the church following mass.
