Lori L. Pedersen, age 51 of Lakeville previously of Farmington passed away on December 20, 2019 surrounded by her family.  Lori attended Farmington High School, graduating in 1987. She completed her degree in English and Anthropology at Ripon College in 1991. She explored a number of jobs and careers, mostly in the auto business. Lori's last job was at Inver Grove Honda, and that employer had her back during her three year battle with cancer.

Lori was a gifted and creative crafter, including quilting, hardanger, embroidery, mosaics, jewelry, crochet, tatting, and whatever else caught her fancy. She enjoyed sharing her work with others and gave away many pieces of her art.

The North Shore of Lake Superior was one of Lori's favorite places on Earth and she spent as much time there as she could.

Cats were another love of Lori's ever since she was a little girl

Preceded in death by her mother, Delores and infant brother, Michael. Survived by her father, Roger (Darlene) Pedersen; grandmother, Myrtle Holt; siblings, Carol (Richard) Morgan, Linda Pedersen (Eric Trucker), Doug (Nancy), and Lisa Pedersen; nieces and nephews, Chris, Steff, Natalie, and Jordana, also by other loving relatives and friends including Darlene's sons, Rick and Bob Sayers.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-4 PM Saturday, January 4, 2020 at White Funeral Home, 901 3rd St., Farmington. Memorials preferred in lieu flowers to Fairview Hospice.
