Maggie Kristine McMahon, age 37, of Apple Valley, Minnesota, died unexpectedly on March 26. She was born October 17, 1984, in Waterloo, Iowa, and moved with her family to Lakeville in 1994. Maggie graduated from Lakeville High School in 2003. and earned a degree in elementary education from St. Catherine University. An active swimmer in high school, Maggie went on to coach competitive swimming at Riptide Swim Team where she was able to help many young swimmers develop a love and skill for the sport that she so loved. Maggie is survived by her 2-year-old son Hunter, her father Randy, mother Karen, brother Sean and sister-in-law Amanda. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM Thursday March 31, 2022 at the White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr., Lakeville (952-469-2723), with Funeral Service being held 11 AM Friday April 1, 2022 with a visitation starting at 10 AM, also at the funeral home. Interment, Pleasant View Cemetery, Merrill, Iowa on Monday April 4, 2022 at 11 AM., (21227 C38 Merrill, IA 51038). In lieu of flowers, memorials will be used to honor Maggie's memory.
