Jim White Sr. graduated from Lakeville High School in 1953 and attended St. John's College before graduating in 1957 from the University of Minnesota with a Degree in Mortuary Science. He is a former Minnesota State Legislator and a member of many civic and community organizations. Jim and his wife Pat have been married for 62 years and have seven children, three of whom followed their father's footsteps by joining the family business. Jim Sr. is the grandson of the founder of White Funeral Homes. Jim and Pat live in Farmington, MN.

Upon graduation, he spent 2 years working in Alaska as a funeral director and, in 1993, joined the family business. Jim has five children: Grace, Truman, Devyn, Faye, and Stella, and resides in Prior Lake.

He worked as a Mortician for 2 years at another funeral home before returning to the family business in 2016. Adam is the first of his generation to pursue funeral service, making him the 5th generation of his family to serve his community as a Mortician
Adam lives in Lakeville with his wife Lindsey and his two children. He likes to stay busy playing softball, going fishing, playing outdoor hockey, and spending time with his family.
